Chances are because you’re reading this, you have good taste. We pride ourselves on the exquisite taste of our hosts, especially when it comes to their wedding venue. At The Lafayette Grande, we want your day to be easy. Such effort goes into wedding planning; it becomes a part-time job. Long ago, we decided to lift some of that burden off your shoulders and provide a simple selection process, and memorable experience for your guests.

The Lafayette Grande brings the grandiosity and opulence of celebrations from the early 20th century and marries it with the grace and sophistication of our historic building and ballrooms. And we do it at a reasonable price. With many wedding packages, including food and beverage service, table settings, and our three ballrooms w/ bridal suites, bars, and our two lounges we can support weddings up to 500 people.

What we offer & our amenities

We offer a large variety of excellent cuisine and decorations. Best of all, you get to bring your DJ and Photographer. We don’t force vendors onto you, what we do is offer an all-inclusive dinner, drinks, and decoration. Our on-site amenities include The Bridal Suite, wireless internet, valet and free parking, staging room and area, on-site kitchen, and we’re handicap accessible.

Your Dinner Service

Wedding Day Amenities: Champagne toast for head table, cutting of the wedding cake, and food service for the Bride & Groom.

Buffet

Choose a spectacular spread of gourmet food options for your guests to talk about for years to come. It includes the following:
  • 5 Hours of Standard Bar Service (Upgrades Available)
  • Appetizer Table (Fresh Veggies w/ Ranch Dip, Assorted Cheese, and Salami and Crackers.)
  • Choose 1 Salad type from 5 options
  • Choose 1 vegetable from 9 options
  • Choose 1 Starch from 7 options
  • Choose 3 Entrees, Limit to 1 carved, from 29 options (Pasta w/ sauce, Lasagna, Chicken, Pork, Beef, or Seafood.
  • We’ll cut and serve the cake for free
  • Vegetarian entrees are available
  • Also Included – Dinner rolls & butter, coffee, tea & decaf service, Italian Three-Bean Salad, Rainbow Rotini Salad, Cottage Cheese and Peaches, and Marinated Beets & Onions.

Family Style

Family-style meals are served to the table in large portions for people to pass around, laugh and enjoy a gourmet meal. Our family-style dinner service includes:
  • 5 Hours of Standard Bar Service (Upgrades Available)
  • Appetizer Table (Fresh Veggies w/ Ranch Dip, Assorted Cheese, and Salami and Crackers.)
  • Choose 1 salad from 5 options
  • Choose 1 vegetable from 8 options
  • Choose 1 starch from 9 potatoes or rice options
  • Choose 1 combination from our Pasta Creation menu
  • Choose from a selection of 16 beef, chicken, seafood, or pork entree options
  • We’ll cut and serve the cake for free
  • Vegetarian entrees are available
  • Also Included – Dinner rolls & butter

Sit down is always a classic, as our uniformed servers deliver pre-selected meals to everyone seated at a table. Our sit-down dinner service includes:
